Job Summary
This role sits within the New Business & Marketing team and serves as the operational backbone of the company’s growth efforts. The position supports both inbound business development opportunities and marketing initiatives, partnering closely with executive leadership, business development leads, and marketing strategists.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound business development inquiries and referrals, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
Coordinate and draft business proposals, including gathering case studies, capabilities, and tailoring content to client needs.
Lead project management activities for complex RFPs, including timelines, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and submission logistics.
Support business development operations through CRM management (Pipedrive), prospect tracking, outreach coordination, and conference planning.
Oversee marketing project execution, ensuring content calendars, newsletters, webinars, and social media initiatives are delivered on schedule.
Coordinate the creation of case studies by collecting performance results and creative assets from internal teams.
Manage logistics for PR activities, industry award submissions, media requests, and speaking engagements.
