WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will drive the tactical execution of cross-functional projects, with a particular focus on go-to-market and revenue initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage Strategic GTM Programs: take end-to-end ownership of high-visibility initiatives, core tracking milestones, and strategic programs across the go-to-market organization
  • Solve Problems Consultatively: act as a trusted partner to revenue leadership by dissecting complex operational issues and presenting clear, actionable solutions
  • Align Cross-Functional Teams: establish clear, structured workflows to keep busy stakeholders and business leadership aligned to critical deadlines
  • Deliver Data-Driven Insights: maintain accurate process documentation and share analytical insights with leadership to guide strategic decision-making
  • Implement AI and Automation: identify manual bottlenecks and deploy generative AI tools to streamline workflows and increase overall program velocity

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or GTM Program Management within a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Strong Executive Presence: you are highly collaborative but completely comfortable putting yourself out there to engage with senior leadership, raise concerns, and drive alignment
  • High Autonomy & Strategic Ownership: you have a proven track record of acting with a high degree of independence, meaning you
