About Another Thing
AdAge's Newcomer Agency of the Year 2026, Another Thing is an innovative, creative-led agency that helps brands grow through a combination of big creative thinking and social media led concepts. We are the bridge between a creative and social agency.
The Senior Designer Role
We're looking for a Senior Designer to join Another Thing on a full time or temp-to-perm basis. This is a hands-on, production-forward design role. You'll take creative direction and brand guidelines and turn them into polished, channel-ready assets for some of the US's most creative brands. What You'll Do
Design and produce Amazon PDP assets, A+/Enhanced Brand Content modules, and storefront pages that convert.
Design and lay out web pages and site sections in line with brand and UX guidelines.
Build email marketing creative, from campaign concepts to production-ready, email-safe layouts.
Produce digital media assets — display banners, paid social creative, and ad sets across multiple sizes and specs.
Translate creative direction and brand guidelines into finished, on-brand assets quickly and accurately.
Prepare and export files to exact channel specs (Amazon, ESPs, ad networks, web) for production and trafficking.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, and account teams through feedback rounds.
Proof and QA your own work — pixel-perfect accuracy before handoff.
What You Bring
3–5 years of digital/production design experience, agency or e-commerce/brand side.
A portfolio demonstrating work across at least two of: Amazon PDP/A+ content, web design, email marketing, digital media/banners.
Strong proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
Working knowledge of digital production specs — Amazon content guidelines, email-safe design constraints, IAB banner sizes, responsive web grids.
A demonstrated ability to move quickly without cutting corners. speed and precision, not one or the other.
Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
Openness to direction and fast iteration based on creative feedback.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
