Senior Designer - Performance and Social
ZopaZopa Bank is on an ambitious growth journey. With a clear target to reach 1 million current account customers and a step-change investment in paid acquisition, we’re building the creative engine to match. We’re now looking for a Senior Designer to own performance creative and organic social — two of the highest-impact creative surfaces in our growth plan.
This is a role for a designer who understands that great creative isn’t just beautiful — it performs. You’ll be at the intersection of data and design, building assets that drive measurable results across paid channels while also developing an organic social presence that builds brand and acquisition momentum over time.
Reporting into the Head of Brand Design & Creative, you’ll work closely with our performance marketing team, channel specialists, and agency partners. And because you’re a full-time in-house resource, you’ll also contribute to wider brand and creative projects when the team needs an extra pair of skilled hands — from campaign development to design system work and product launches.
A day in the life:
-
Lead creative development across paid performance channels, including Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, Reddit, YouTube and more, producing high-quality, channel-native assets at pace.
-
Build and maintain a structured pipeline of testable creative: concepting new hooks, formats, and messaging angles, and iterating rapidly based on performance data.
