About the Team

We want to find the best people to join our team and then help you to do your best work. The Employee Relations Team is a new Center of Excellence within the People Team, with the mission to ensure our organization’s treatment of every employee is fair, respectful, and consistent with our Cloudflare Capabilities. To support that mission, this position’s responsibilities fall into proactive and reactive categories. Reactive responsibilities include handling complex investigations and partnering with business leaders on the performance management process. Proactive responsibilities include identifying and addressing trends to improve the overall employee experience at Cloudflare.

In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director, Employee Relations and support our Americas People Team Business Partners (PTBPs). You will be partnering with key stakeholders across Cloudflare in various ways, including those listed below:
