As Growth Marketing Lead, you will help shape Airbnb’s growth strategy across EMEA, with a primary focus on Spain and Italy, by identifying opportunities, generating insights, and partnering with global and regional teams to deliver impact.
This role sits at the intersection of market insights, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will analyze performance data, identify regional opportunities, and work closely with regional channel owners and global teams to ensure campaigns, product capabilities, and marketing initiatives are optimized for local market needs.
Success in this role requires strong understanding of the Italian and Spanish markets, including differences in consumer behavior, culture, and platform usage, as well as the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies that global teams can execute across multiple countries.
