Champions the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and improve service delivery and product development. Builds and maintains strong relationships with business partners, customers, and vendors, ensuring IT strategies and projects align with stakeholder needs and expectations. Oversees the operational aspects of the IT department, ensuring efficient resource allocation, process optimization, and delivery of high-quality IT services and products. Manages budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within budget and contribute to the financial objectives of the organization.
