Senior Manager, People & Culture
We are seeking a Senior Manager, People & Culture to drive operational excellence in HR through effective systems, compensation management, and compliance, while leading regional HR operations and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across markets.
As a Senior Manager, People and Culture, you will
- Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations across the region, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and full compliance
- Drive regional operational excellence, standardizing processes and implementing continuous improvements across markets
- Manage and optimize HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and effective system utilization
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring market alignment, internal equity, and governance standards
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll coordination, including reconciliations and statutory compliance
- Manage HR correspondence and service delivery channels, ensuring timely, professional, and consistent communication
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulatory requirements, updating policies and practices as necessary
- Lead and manage a remote HR operations team, providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight
- Monitor and audit HR data, documentation, and operational processes to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless and high-quality HR service delivery
About you
- Min. 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of supervisory role in an MNC environment
- Strong experience in HR Operations, with expertise in HR systems, payroll, and administrative processes
- Proven knowledge of compensation and benefits, including governance and benchmarking practices
- Solid understanding of labour laws and regulatory compliance in a complex business environment
- Demonstrated regional exposure, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple markets and jurisdictions
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams, including remote team management across the region
- Experience managing HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting
- Ability to handle high-volume HR correspondence with professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll and employee data management
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin is a must, to effectively manage, mentor, and converse with direct reports in China and Au
