WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Marketing Analytics team, part of Marketing Operations & Technology at Braze, is responsible for managing our marketing technology stack, ensuring data integrity, and delivering insights that drive marketing strategy and business growth. Our mission is to empower global Go-To-Market teams with the tools and analysis needed to optimize campaigns and enhance pipeline performance. The team operates across multiple locations, including New York, Seattle, Nashville, London, and Singapore. This is the first opening for the São Paulo office.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and standardize top-of-funnel performance analysis, including lead generation tracking, conversion rates, and attribution across Marketing and New Business channels
  • Define, implement, and maintain KPIs and performance benchmarks; own principle dashboards to assess overall funnel performance, drive data-backed recommendations, and inform critical decisions
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to evolve attribution models, manage automated data tracking for marketing-sourced attribution, and ensure accurate tracking across all channels and campaigns
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, build and maintain predictive performance models, and support strategic forecasting across SEO, web, digital, events, customer, and lifecycle marketing
  • Perform routine reconciliations between Marketing systems and Salesforce to ensure data integrity and alignment
  • Build strategic partnerships with Finance, Business Intelligence, Business Systems, and GTM Ops to ensure alignment and sm
