About the Role
This is a hybrid role based in London, supporting Mixpanel's EMEA business across our London, Barcelona, and Israel offices. Mixpanel's People Team focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining premier talent. As a People Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and people managers as a consultative partner — providing strategic and tactical HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle to support strong teams, a great employee experience, and business results.
This role will report to the Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) People Business Partner and work as an embedded piece of the EMEA GTM organization, partnering with the leadership team and People functions to provide a best-in-class employee experience for all Mixpanelers.
The ideal candidate is an experienced HR consultant with a broad understanding of all areas of HR and a strong foundation in employment practices across EMEA. You bring strong EQ, sound judgment, the ability to influence leaders, and the interpersonal savvy to navigate people situations with care and clarity in a fast-paced environment.
