About the Team
Curation is one of the most significant revenue opportunities in the open internet right now. With third-party cookies deprecated, DSPs are signal-starved and over-indexed on a cookied minority of the web. Advertisers are struggling to find their target audience at scale. Sell-side curation solves this problem: publishers, via Permutive, surface their first-party cohorts and those get packaged up into deal IDs transacted via SSP curation seats and lets buyers reach addressable audiences at scale across the premium open web.
Permutive has built real traction in this space with significant revenue growth: curation seats across Index Exchange, PubMatic, Xandr Curate, Google Curated Deals and OpenX; a growing in-house Curation Demand team (sales, account management, operations); and a publisher network of 100+ premium properties contributing the signal quality that makes our curated audiences competitive.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the Curation product roadmap. This role will involve:
Driving the transition from manual curation operations to self-serve deal creation and management
Partnering with the Curation Demand team to understand what product constraints limit audience scale and media spend and remove them in partnership with the engineers
Building reporting infrastructure to support internal and external customers
Success will be measured against 3 key metrics:
Time from brief to campaign live
Campaign rebooking rate
Media spend
What you'll be doing?
Working in partnership with our Director of Agentic Workflows to establish the vision for the curation product and executing a roadmap against this vision
Balancing tactical quick wins to unlock media spend with more strategic improvements to our curation product
Owning SSP integration requirements
Designing and delivering the curation reporting surface: revenue reports, deal-level analytics, and other dashboards to help track progress and gaps
