
Senior Product Owner (m/f/d)
FlixWe're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Product Owner (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team and have the most direct influence on our success.
The mission of the Revenue Management Products team is to integrate diverse pricing tools and services into a single, cohesive ecosystem, focusing on user experience.
As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in continuously evolving our Revenue Management Products for complex new features. Our team is part of the Demand Division, Demand Management Stream, and you will also become a member of our Product Owner community.
As the Product Owner joining our Revenue Management Products teams, you will collaborate with our Engineering Manager and Revenue Management department to support efforts in meeting the demands of our evolving business. Your responsibility will be to work closely with stakeholders, both on the business and tech sides, shape the product vision, and, together with your teams, seamlessly integrate multiple services to improve our users experience.
About the Role
- Define product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with your team and stakeholders, empowering engineers to drive day-to-day backlog refinement and team-internal prioritization
- Own and prioritize the product backlog at a strategic level, trusting your team(s) to manage the operational detail
- Lead cross-team and cross-stream product initiatives. Driving alignment, resolving dependencies, and creating clarity across multiple teams and domains
- Collaborate closely with other Product Owners to shape and deliver high-value outcomes beyond team boundaries
- Facilitate data-driven decisions and champion a culture of outcome-focused delivery
- Find a pragmatic balance between speed and quality, adapting your ways of working to the context, whether embedded with one team, spanning two, or leading broader product initiatives
About You
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a highly collaborative environment, with a track record of owning complex products end-to-end.
- Awareness of UX best practices & Ability to interpret user research, usability testing, and quantitative user behavior analysis
- Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy
- Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience working with engineers on API design decisions, data pipelines, and distributed system trade-offs
- Experience and willingness to work with a high degree of both individual and team autonomy
