Kentro is seeking a ServiceNowContinuous Authorization Monitoring (CAM)Project Manager to support our VA-ESOM End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States leading the centralized support team responsible for the post-implementation operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow CAM Module. The CAM Project Manager is the single accountable owner for service delivery to ATO Managers, cross-functional coordination across stakeholder groups, and successful execution of the CAM transition plan.
Location: This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead the CAM Centralized Support Team, including resource planning, performance management, and team development.
- Serve as the central intake point for items received from ATO Managers; triage, prioritize, and assign work across the team.
- Own and maintain the CAM transition plan, including the phased rollout schedule, milestones, RACI, dependencies, and risk register.
- Coordinate with EndPoint Engineering, Information System Owners (ISOs), the ATO program office, and the AODR to maintain end-to-end visibility of all CAM tasks.
- Establish and chair recurring governance forums (steering committees, working groups, status reviews) with stakeholders.
- Define and report against team KPIs and SLAs, including intake response times, training completion, dashboard accuracy, and SOP adherence.
- Review and approve training materials, SOPs, job aids, and reports prior to publication.
- Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to executive leadership; communicate program status to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years leading cybersecurity, risk, or compliance programs.
- Demonstrated experience with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), FISMA, or equivalent authorization frameworks.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
