Software Engineer
RhoRho | Software Engineer | NYC (Soho) | ONSITE | Full-time | $170K-$270K + equity | https://rho.co/
Rho is the modern banking platform built for startups: open accounts, issue cards, manage expenses, pay bills, and close the books in one connected platform with real human support.
We're hiring engineers who want to own problems rather than be handed a slice of one. You'll scope work, write the code, ship it, and sit in on customer calls to understand what actually needs to get better. If a problem touches the frontend today and the backend tomorrow, you go where it goes.
We're looking for 5+ years of engineering experience in a fast-moving environment, comfort working across the stack, and real daily AI fluency. You'd rather get something in front of a user than spend another week making it perfect in a doc.
(Bonus: the office is dog-friendly.)
