Software Engineer
RhoWe're hiring engineers who want to own problems rather than be handed a slice of one. You'll scope work, write the code, ship it, and sit in on customer calls to understand what actually needs to get better. If a problem touches the frontend today and the backend tomorrow, you go where it goes.
We're looking for 5+ years of engineering experience in a fast-moving environment, comfort working across the stack, and real daily AI fluency. You'd rather get something in front of a user than spend another week making it perfect in a doc.
(Bonus: the office is dog-friendly.)
