As a Software Engineer, Enterprise Apps on the EAA STP team, you'll design and deliver the Salesforce capabilities that power institutional sales, account management, billing, and compliance workflows at Coinbase. This team is the primary engineering partner for the Sales, Trading, and Prime business, building scalable CRM and billing solutions while integrating Salesforce with pricing, contracting, and downstream finance systems. What you'll do:

  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce applications and platform capabilities using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies across multiple orgs.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of features and enhancements for STP, from technical design and estimation through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Build and operate integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using REST APIs, Platform Events, middleware platforms, and ETL tooling to enable reliable cross-system data flows.
  • Partner with product managers, architects, admins, and business stakeholders across Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Institutional Ops to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Drive engineering quality through code reviews, design reviews, documentation of technical patterns and runbooks, and mentorship of IC3 and contractor developers.
  • Support operational excellence through on-call rotations, production issue triage, root cause analysis, and hardening of critical platform services.
