I am hiring engineers that want to ship code to solve some of our company's most critical use cases using AI. The team is divided into 2-3 person pods, allowing you to go deep into the problem space of a single domain. For example, we are implementing intelligent document processing for all the paper forms (yes we still have a lot of paper!) we get from customers.
Never considered working in life insurance? Neither did I! But it turns out that there are a ton of interesting problems to work on.
Read the job description on the Symetra careers site (search for "AI Enablement") and then email me and tell me why you'd like to join and what you could bring to the team.
I'm Elliot, lead of the team, elliot.wargo@symetra.com
Come solve hard problems with us :)
