With major investment in GPUs and compute infrastructure, the aim is to build from scratch a best-in-class platform, redefining how alpha is generated. To do this, they're looking for exceptional HPC/Distributed Systems Engineers to sit within a pod-like structure - but with much more shared capital, strategic influence and collaboration across a centralised book.

- Greenfield environment with the opportunity to build the research stack from scratch
- Strong autonomy and ability to shape direction from an early stage
- Deep learning-first philosophy across research and modelling
Experience in the following is ideal:
- Distributed training (e.g. XGBoost via Ray)
- GPU-heavy workloads
- MapReduce-style systems
You'll be expected to have a strong skills background in:
- Ray, Spark, Dask
- Databricks, Anyscale, Cloudera, or Snowflake
- Kubernetes (K8s) for ML clusters
- Strong analytical, independent problem-solving, and communication
