TalenzaTalenza have been engaged by an ASX listed financial services organisation to find a Solution Architect for a high profile contact centre uplift project. The successful candidate will have had exposure to contact centre architecture and integrating AI agents into enterprise workflows. This role is on the Brisbane Southside and requires 4 days per week in office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane full working rights.
