The Sr. Client Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires exceptional strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the client's business objectives. The Sr. Client Account Manager will provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the other account manager to ensure client satisfaction and success.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with the client's business objectives, identifying growth opportunities and addressing challenges.
- Build and nurture relationships with the flagship partners in the Greater China Region, proactively identifying opportunities to grow the account and deepen the partnership.
- Ensure that our partners objectives and requirements are met by liaising between them and our internal teams (Engineering, Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, Performance Solutions, etc).
- Gain a deep understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.
