We’re hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer for the Advertiser and Seller Experiences org. Our organization focuses on creating the most intuitive, intelligent, and trusted platforms for advertisers and sellers, turning Pinterest user intent into business growth. From ad buying and performance reporting to seller insights and actions, we enable seamless experiences from intent to outcome. Looking ahead, we're building the foundations for agentic experiences that continuously understand goals, adapt to context, and execute, reducing friction and unlocking new paths to growth.
In this role, you'll lead high-impact engineering at the intersection of advertiser and seller platforms, powering how businesses buy ads, track performance, and act on insights. This includes applying ML, AI-assisted workflows, and GenAI where appropriate to build intuitive, intelligent, and trusted experiences. You'll partner closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and other senior engineers to deliver platforms with measurable business impact.
