As a Staff Software Developer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, data scientists, and business professionals. You will work on Varicent Incentives, a single-page web application built using React and Redux that connects to a REST API written in C# and hosted on AWS.
What You'll Do

Build new features for our REST API and enhance AWS infrastructure using a modern technology stack, including C# and AWS CloudFormation.

Partner closely with Product Management, Design, and QA teams to deliver new features and platform enhancements.

Participate in our pull request review process, ensuring high code quality while providing thoughtful feedback and mentorship to fellow team members.
