The Difference You Will Make:

• As the Strategic Sourcing Manager for Professional Services, you will play a high-visibility role impacting Airbnb’s operational efficiency, stakeholder success, and bottom line. You’ll lead end-to-end sourcing and supplier relationship management across a diverse portfolio of professional services, including employee benefits, food and workplace programs, facilities, learning and development, recruiting, and employee experience initiatives, as well as select consulting and advisory engagements.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to cross-functional partners, you will bring deep procurement expertise, strategic thinking, and strong business acumen to influence decisions, optimize spend, mitigate risk, and elevate supplier performance across these critical service categories.
• You will develop and execute category plans that align with business priorities, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation across Professional Services. Success in this role means delivering measurable cost and value improvements, advancing supplier diversity and innovation, and shaping Airbnb’s sourcing strategy to support company growth and operational excellence.&l
