SUPERVISORY ELECTRONICS ENGINEER
on the
SUPPORT EQUIPMENT FLEET SUPPORT
TEAM (FST) of
FLEET READINESS CENTER
SOUTHWEST(FRCSW).You will direct and oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of acquisition and sustainment activities within the Support Equipment FST, adapting rapidly to shifting programrequirements and budgetary resources.You will exercise full supervisory responsibility and leadership over a multi-disciplinary team, including assigning work, conducting performance appraisals, and managing personnel resources.You will guide your team in formulating advanced solutions for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and Test Program Sets (TPS) to resolve complex Fleet deficiencies and improve reliability, maintainability, and safety.You will serve as a Support Equipment Aircraft Platform Lead, effectively communicating programmatic milestones, resourcerequirements, and actionable strategies to senior executive leadership, sponsors, and industry partners.
