SOUTHWEST.You will interview candidates, evaluate subordinate work performance, and ensure full compliance with equal employment opportunity policies.You will adjust team schedules and short-term work priorities to adapt to unpredictable changes in program funding andrequirements.You will modify standard engineering guides, policies, and precedents to establish authorizingrequirements for complex system modifications.You will resolve conflicting technical, logistical, and administrative issues to maintain intended mission capability and safety of flight.You will lead technical meetings, deliver briefings, and serve as the primary engineering spokesperson for your specific program area.You will anticipate the impact of emerging technological changes and devise the hands-on engineering approach to integrate them into assigned systems.
