SHIPYARD.You will develop effective and efficient teams and organizationsYou will evaluate environmental programs to ensure that staff, equipment, and procedures are adequate to meet environmental legal/regulatoryrequirements and objectives.You will provide consultation and advice to management and technical personnel, particularly in dealing with issues not readily covered by established methods/guidance.You will communicate and participate in public relations sufficient to represent the command in both internal and higher echelon meetings and conferences.You will participate in dealings/negotiations with representatives of regulatory agencies, and dealings with the public.
