in the FEC Core of
NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST. ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED.

You will oversee goals and objectives for the work directed; manage organizational changes the structure and content of the program; and exercise discretionary authority to approve the formulation and execution of the Utilities budget.You will engage in and approve; short and long-range work plans and initiatives developed by the supervisors or managers of subordinate organizational units and subsequently manage the overall work to achieve applicable goals and objectives.You will oversee the overall planning, direction and timely delivery of utility, energy, and facility services within NAVFAC.You will provide expertise in identifying and validating projects and their impact to the utility and facility systems, assisting in strategic energy program shaping, and providing administrative support and control to the position.You will provide administrative oversight of the Region's Energy program as required.You will perform hands-on management and oversight of a multi-million-dollar regional utilities program encompassing major installations and reserve centers.
