You will serve as the Head of the Project Management Division (CI2) supporting Capital Improvements Business Line and as the regional technical specialist, subject matter expert, community manager, and advisor for all aspects of Project Management.You will provided project management knowledge and expertise for technical engineering and/or architectural services to all activities and tenants for a broad range of facilities served by NAVFAC.You will provide technical assistance to the ROICC/FEAD in the areas of general engineering that requires the review of plans and specifications for in-scope/ contract determinations.You will provide guidance, training, and mentoring in the area of project management as the Project Manager Community of Practice (PM CoP).You will have knowledge of facilities acquisition, as well as project funding authority levels and sources, contractrequirements, contract documents, proposal and bidding procedures,Your will exercises judgment and originality and makes independent technical decisions concerning: the sequence, direction and progress of work; using expertise to devise solutions and actions to resolve issues, conditions and problems.
