in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia.You will serve as a Supervisory Information Technology Cybersecurity Specialist (CUSTSPT) and be responsible for acting as the Service Owner and single point of accountability that provides service development, delivery, support, training, and technical expertise for CG Headquarters-wide communications, audio-visual, multi-media, and graphics support. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Providing service development, delivery, support, training, and technical expertise for CG Headquarters-wide communications, audio-visual, multi-media, and graphics support. Analyzing incident data for emerging trends. Administering accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment. Monitoring and auditing the schedule, cost, design, analysis, operational performance. Establishing guidelines and performance expectations for staff members, which are clearly communicated through the formal employee performance management system. Ensuring that subordinates are trained and fully comply with the provisions of program regulations.
