INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
and CYBERSECURITY of
PORTSMOUTH NAVAL
SHIPYARD.You will be responsible for staffing, coordination, management, and oversight of major Information Management (IM) and Information Technology (IT) functional areas.You will oversee all IT functions to develop and interpret policies, procedures, and strategies governing the planning and delivery of IT services.You will be responsible for understanding the capital planning regulations and policies sufficient to demonstrate total cost of proposed investments and provide input to the IT capital planning process.You will implement EEO policies and communicate support of these policies to subordinates.
