Naval Facilities Engineering Systems CommandYou will serve as the PWD Construction Director in the Project Management & Engineering Directorate, Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC Norfolk), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic.You will provide administrative and technical supervision to employees.You will develop performance plans, evaluate work performance of subordinates, and provide recommended ratings of record.You will provide construction-engineering expertise in major engineering disciplines on projects of an unusual or complex nature.You will establish effective management procedures for office and field administration.You will provide accurate workload projections and provide monthly status of anticipated shortcomings to target values.You will make recommendations for changes in the organizational structure of the team.
