SPECIALIST (APPSW) at the GS-2210-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Applies an extensive knowledge of different functional programs and program planning, evaluation, analysis, and budgeting techniques. Presents, analyzes, and verifies data, techniques, methodologies, and formats associated with budget and program development. Bridges between initial concept to actualization and fielding, connecting appropriate stakeholders across the organization. Directs activities related to the acquisition, budgeting, resource allocation, and operational sustainment.
