
SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (ENTARCH/PLCYPLN)
Naval Sea Systems CommandThis position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-6 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15. You will serve as the Enterprise Services Branch Head in the Corporate Operations Department, ACIO/Information Technology Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division.You will establish the strategic vision for the Enterprise Services Branch, proactively aligning with NSWC Dahlgren Division's mission and objectives.You will lead diverse teams, to include: DevSecOps (GOTs), Enterprise Services (ITSM Solutions), FlankSpeed (Collaboration and Automation Tools), and Enterprise Application.You will foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the branch and across other departments at NSWCDD.You will champion a continuous improvement mindset, encouraging experimentation and adoption of new technologies.You will manage budgetary and personnel resources effectively to support the branch's strategic objectives and operational needs.You will ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and industry best practices for all enterprise services and applications.You will empower employee growth and development through mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional advancement.
