The Federal Housing Finance Agency, Office of Inspector General (FHFA-OIG) promotes the economy, efficiency, and integrity of FHFA's programs and operations by conducting audits, investigations, evaluations, and reviews and recommending courses of action designed to support FHFA's mission of ensuring a safe and sound mortgage finance system that provides reliable liquidity and funding for housing finance and community investment.

  • The position is in the Office of Audits. As a Supervisory IT Specialist (INFOSEC), you will: Direct subordinates in ensuring highly technical and complex audits of IT systems and information systems security programs and practices are performed in conformance with applicable professional standards and

policy. In conjunction with the Deputy Inspector General for Audits, Assistant Inspector General for Audits, other Audit Directors, and Audit Managers, develop and evaluate the overall audit approach and the annual plan for the next fiscal year. Direct and oversee work performed by subordinates and contractors through the IT Specialist/Audit Managers and CORs.
