SUPERVISORY IT
SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the Digital Engineering Department of
NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE
CENTERPort Hueneme.You will serve as the Branch Manager in the Digital Engineering Department, Cyber Security and Software Engineering Division, Authorization and Assessment Branch.You will provide Risk Management Framework (RMF) process execution, IT systems security administration, sustainment, and maintenance oversight for complex combat and IT weapon systems.You will maintain absolute responsibility for branch IT program resources, budget execution, and mission alignment while adhering strictly to established command policies and procedures.You will establish complex security authorization boundaries and define Information Security Continuous Monitoring strategies to maintain valid Authorization to Operate.You will oversee network vulnerability assessments, cyber incident response, intrusion detection, cyber forensics, threat assessments, and malware analysis.You will have expert knowledge of computer systems architecture, network protocols, shipboard and commercial digital networks, and diverse operating systems.You will direct the end-to-end RMF life cycle authorization packages within the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Services.
