Oversees implementation of security policies, access control programs, credentialing operations, guard force contracts, insider threat initiatives, and security technology systems to mitigate organizational risk. Administers personnel security programs, including suitability determinations, background investigations, adjudications, and security clearance processes in accordance with federalrequirements. Managing security program resources, budgets, acquisitions, and performance measures while ensuring adherence to federal security standards and mandates. Providing strategic security guidance to senior executives and represents the organization in coordination with law enforcement, intelligence, and interagency security partners.
