ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Finance Specialist at Tide, you will assist customers in the sale of business loans over the phone. You will focus on achieving monthly loan disbursal and telesales productivity targets while maintaining high service quality and operational excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, preventing mis-selling, and supporting customers through an efficient and effective sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by promoting and selling financial products via outbound and inbound calls.
- Achieve assigned monthly loan disbursal and productivity targets.
- Maintain high accuracy and efficiency while processing customer interactions.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance guidelines and prevent mis-selling or fraud.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of customer communication and sales progress.
- Support operational excellence by following internal processes and best practices.
- Achieve Monthly Loan Disbursal Targets as provided by the Company with periodic reviews.
- Ensure productivity and grow the same with periodic reviews.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in telesales, preferably in credit products such as loans and credit cards.
- Strong communication and telesales skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively pitch financial products.
- Assist customers in the sale of a range of financial products over the phone.
- Take full ownership of meeting and exceeding assigned monthly sales and productivity targets.
- Maintain high productivity standards while ensuring speed and accuracy in all processes.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service with zero errors or losses.
- Prevent mis-selling or fraud and maintain ethical sales practices.
- Ensure prompt and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to company policies, operational guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Keep customer interaction records updated and accurate.
- Continuously identify personal improvement areas and participate in learning initiatives.
- Be customer-focused, proactive, and committed to delivering results.
