The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) Upstream Marketing, Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Driving front-end innovation and pipeline creation: Identify unmet needs and whitespace opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and emerging technology scouting
- Establishing a best-in-class Voice of Customer (VoC) capability: Design and execute structured VOC programs (e.g., site visits, KOL engagement, usability studies, and advisory boards)
- Translating customer insights into differentiated product requirements: Develop target product profiles, use cases, and clinical/economic value propositions grounded in validated customer needs; ensure strong linkage between VOC insights and design inputs throughout development.
