Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, support and enhance the Workday Financials environment
• Configure, test and implement business process changes
• Support Workday releases and system upgrades
• Create and maintain custom reports, calculated fields and condition rules
• Ensure data integrity, security and compliance
• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to improve processes and drive efficiencies
• Act as the go-to SME for Workday Financials, providing training and support across the organisation
Requirements:
• Strong hands-on Workday Financials experience
• Experience across Revenue, Accounting, Spend and Tax modules
• Ability to build custom reports and calculated fields
• Experience maintaining tenant security across functional areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
