Location: Munich – We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week.

About You:
You're a Master's student looking for six months of hands-on work in customer enablement, AI tooling, and enterprise SaaS. You're comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for real work. You want to help shape how manufacturing customers — and the students who will become tomorrow's builders — learn to build on Tulip, as AI changes how people pick up new tools.
What skills do I need?
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in engineering, education, business administration, business informatics, or a related field
- Self-starter with a hands-on mentality — eager to think for yourself, come up with ideas, push them, and get things done well
- Genuine interest in how people learn to use new technology, and the ability to put yourself in a learner's shoes when designing content
- Strong written and spoken communication in German and English — clear, structured, and adapted to the audience
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for real work
Nice to have:
- Some exposure to manufacturing or life sciences environments
- Prior experience creating learning content, video material, or technical documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up AI-based workflows (using tools like Claude Cowork) to manage Higher Education accounts and streamline content operations
- Help design and deliver AI Process Engineer workshops — part of Tulip's effort to certify thousands of AI Process Engineers across our customer base
- Build new Tulip University courses — draft scripts, record screens, prepare demo apps, and write step-by-step instructions
