Tasks
- Design and build LLM-powered agentic systems end-to-end
- Build retrieval and context pipelines (RAG, hybrid search, structured retrieval)
- Develop evaluation and monitoring systems for AI performance
- Build scalable pipelines for unstructured data
- Implement automated feedback pipelines for AI learning
- Own architecture and reliability of AI systems
- Collaborate with engineers for product integration
Requirements
- Proven track record of architecting and building AI/LLM-powered systems in production
- Experience with designing systems for unstructured data processing
- Experience in developing evaluation and feedback loops for AI performance
- High commitment to work and productivity in fast-paced settings
