ABOUT THE TEAM
The Member Accession Marketing Team (India) plays a critical role in driving Tide’s growth in the Indian market by acquiring and onboarding new SME members. The team builds targeted marketing strategies, ensures smooth onboarding journeys, and equips members to make the most of Tide’s financial and administrative tools. Through localized campaigns, strong stakeholder relationships, and data-led optimisation, the team ensures sustained member engagement and positions Tide as the preferred platform for Indian businesses.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Business Finance – Team Lead (Loan Against Securities) to drive and scale our LAS vertical within PCS in South India region. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end business development, revenue ownership, and team management while building strong partnerships across the financial ecosystem.
You will lead a team focused on sales, revenue generation, and partner enablement. Your mandate includes identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with banks, wealth managers, brokers, DSAs, and other financial intermediaries to expand Tide’s Loan Against Securities offerings.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and a deep understanding of LAS products and financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing LAS business development team, ensuring targets, productivity, and performance metrics are consistently met.

Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships with banks, wealth management firms, brokers, financial advisors, DSAs, FOS, and other institutions to scale Loan Against Securities.

Drive lead generation and revenue growth through DSAs, FOS teams, internal calling teams, and partner networks, ensuring a strong and continuously converting pipeline.
