Unlike many opportunities currently on the market, this is not a replacement hire.
The business has built an exceptional execution team and is now seeking an experienced originator with the network, commercial instincts and credibility to generate new opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
The Opportunity:
This is a genuine leadership appointment within an employee-owned Corporate Finance boutique advising owner-managed businesses across the United Kingdom.
The successful individual will work alongside an experienced deal team, allowing them to focus on what they do best: building relationships, winning mandates and contributing strategically to the continued growth of the business.
The firm advises on transactions typically ranging from £5 million to £200 million Enterprise Value and operates on a fully retained fee model.

- Advise clients through the Mergers and Acquisitions process.
- Work closely alongside an established execution team.
- Contribute to the wider strategic direction of the business.
- Help develop the firm’s market presence and profile.
