Digital Wellness Support Coordinator (Remote, Flexible Hours)

We’re hiring a Digital Wellness Support Coordinator to be the first point of contact for potential patients reaching out via SMS. You’ll also provide occasional phone support and serve as a knowledgeable, compassionate guide to help clients access the care they need.
This flexible, part-time role is ideal for someone seeking supplemental income with the freedom to respond on their own schedule—while still being responsive and engaged during core hours.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Quickly reply to inbound text inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Ask thoughtful questions to uncover client needs and goals
Schedule calls via tools like Calendly when deeper conversations are needed
Input and update client data in our CRM and scheduling platforms
Build rapport with new leads and foster trust over time
Send helpful, friendly follow-ups as needed
