About the Role

Work for a leading tech company in the content automation space - - we're seeking an exceptionally seasoned Editor with a proven track record in English-language publications. In this individual contributor role, you will lead final round reviews of high-caliber content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand standards. You should be ready to work on briefs and be the team's go to. You should know how to coach teammates and up-manage execs. While the focus is on delivering editorial excellence, you will also be expected to demonstrate the agility and insight required to thrive within a tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Final Review & Quality Assurance: Execute thorough final round reviews on copy across various mediums, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and stylistic alignment with brand guidelines.

• Editorial Oversight: Apply direct editorial expertise to elevate content quality and readability, collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and tone.

• Brand Alignment: Leverage your experience working with major brands to maintain and enhance the distinctive voice of our client’s communications.

• Tech Adaptability: Integrate your editorial skills with a solid understanding of the technology landscape, ensuring content resonates within a modern, innovative environment.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to the final review process, contributing to continuous improvement in editorial standards.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a copywriter with a focus on English-language publications only.

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience, without a college degree.

• Proven direct editorial experience, ideally with a recognized major brand.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and high editorial standards.

• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively within a tech-centric team.

• Familiarity with digital platforms and content management systems, underscoring an aptitude for working in a technology environment.
