Manages the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party COTS packages to meet business needs. Establishes and enforces product owner processes and standards to ensure all solutions meet customer expectations. Establishes and enforces quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions. Other duties, as assigned.
