
Entry Level Sales Manager (Boston, MA)
SIGVARIS GROUP USASigvaris is currently looking for an Entry Level Sales Manager to join our Sales team. The Entry Level Sales Manager is responsible for increasing sales in an assigned geographical area (based on state lines and/or zip codes). This is accomplished by establishing and fostering positive relationships with key customers, both retail and physicians, in an effort to build and strengthen both their business and the SIGVARIS brand.
This position is remote, but you must live within the territory and you must live near a major airport.
This position has travel requirements of 20-40%; some overnight.
This position has a pay range of $71,000 to $87,000 + uncapped commission + bonus of up to $5,000 annually.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maximize sales of all SIGVARIS products in assigned geographical territory.
o Identify key physicians, customers, hospitals/IDNs/Medical Centers/VAs.
o Identify and be knowledgeable of all competitors and their products.
o Develop and utilize a structure itinerary/zone plan for travel.
o Effectively meet with key decision makers.
o Effectively use necessary and available forms of virtual communication with customers and colleagues.
o Enter detailed call activity into sales application tools.
o Run and analyzes sales reports to identify trends in territory.
o Run searches to identify new customers (dealers/physicians).
o Keep abreast of all compression reimbursements as it relates to State and regional insurance plans.
o Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.
o Resolves customer complaints to the mutual benefit of both the company and the customer by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Actively participate in medical conventions and/or trade shows when and where needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly Planning and Activities report to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Maximize cost savings and demonstrates fiduciary responsibility to ensure expenses are below budget.
• Demonstrates effective presentation or platform skills.
• Fosters positive morale among staff, by promotion of open communication with all departments, to help create and maintain an innovative and cooperative staff relationship and environment.
o Interacts with external and internal customers in a timely manner conducive to continued positive relationships.
