About The Role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a trusted strategic partner and force multiplier for our CEO, helping him operate at his highest level of impact. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the utmost discretion in handling confidential information. Alongside this strategic remit, you'll also manage the CEO's schedule, travel, meeting materials, and other administrative essentials â with the same precision and attention to detail. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Executive Operations, and works in close daily partnership with the CEO. The role is open to candidates located in the UK, with a strong preference for someone based in London. While this is a fully remote role, there may be times when meeting the CEO and various partners in our London office is necessary, so flexibility to work out of this office is required.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Executive Operations, and works in close daily partnership with the CEO. What You Will Do At Jasper
- Manage the CEOâs schedule to arrange meetings, triage incoming requests, and ensure that all deadlines are met effectively.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive and other internal team members, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
- Support the Executive Team working cadence including weekly meetings, regular brainstorming sessions and quarterly offsites.
- Own travel arrangements and external engagement logistics with meticulous attention to detail, building contingency plans so nothing is left to chance.
- Assist with key priorities including preparing necessary materials and organizing the CEOâs workflow.
- Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to maintain momentum on critical activities.
- Prepare materials and organize workflow to keep the CEO's key priorities moving forward.
- Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Executive Operations and cross-functional leaders to strengthen and continuously improve executive operations processes.
