As a Property Finance Analyst, you'll be involved in the day-to-day financial processes that keep our property finance running smoothly. From supporting monthly financial close activities and preparing property-related reporting, to maintaining high-quality accounting data within our new property management system, ProLease Enterprise, you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable technical and commercial finance experience. You'll also work closely with colleagues across Finance and Property teams, helping to investigate queries, support reconciliations, contribute to audit requirements and play a part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong financial controls.
We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a questioning mindset and a genuine interest in understanding data and ensuring its accuracy. You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, building positive working relationships and communicating confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to stay focused, organised and resilient when working through challenges will be key, as will your willingness to learn, develop and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-evolving team environment. Whether you're already building your finance experience or looking to take your first significant step into the profession, this role offers a strong foundation for future growth.
