Job Summary
Forward Deployed Experts (FD/X) are AI-fluent, full-stack operators embedded within client teams to help solve complex business challenges through AI-driven solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technical execution, and AI transformation, requiring someone who can quickly understand workflows, identify high-impact opportunities, and translate business needs into practical solutions. The FD/X will partner closely with stakeholders to design, prototype, and implement AI-powered workflows, tools, and systems that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical fluency, business acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
Embed within client teams to understand workflows, business challenges, and operational bottlenecks
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation and workflow optimization
Frame AI use cases around measurable business outcomes such as efficiency, throughput, cost reduction, and process improvement
Design and prototype AI-powered solutions using LLMs, prompts, agents, APIs, and orchestration tools
Build and validate proof-of-concept solutions while defining pathways to production implementation
Design scalable solutions with governance, observability, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls
